RELEASE
You don’t need to become someone new.
You need to release what you were never meant to carry.
Most exhaustion isn’t from doing too much.
It’s from holding on too tightly to what no longer fits.
Old roles.
Old expectations.
Old stories about who you’re supposed to be.
You learned them to survive.
But survival is not the same as alignment.
What once protected you may now be restricting you.
What once felt necessary may now feel heavy.
That doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you’re ready.
Pause here.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You are allowed to let go without explaining yourself.
You are allowed to stop carrying beliefs that no longer serve you.
You are allowed to release what feels familiar but limiting.
What belief, role, or expectation are you ready to put down?
You don’t have to force the release.
You only have to acknowledge it.
Release is not loss.
It’s space.
And space is where something new begins.
